Our salon coordinators will meet with you from the first phone call, text message, or online reservation to ensure that you are assigned the right stylist for you. You will receive appointment reminders via text messaging. Should you need to change anything just let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs. You will be greeted upon arrival and informed about the status of your appointment. A complimentary refreshment bar that includes, fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, various cold drinks, wine and snacks awaits you in the lobby. The salon has both private and community styling areas. Our stylists will take you to your area. Your stylists will perform a complete consultation to discuss your styling and color needs and preferences. The stylist will encourage guests to interact with them during the consultation so that they understand everything. Most appointments are scheduled for 1 1/2 hours. All styling areas have high speed internet and televisions available for your entertainment.
