In just six months, a $95 million operation ranked #87 nationally became #1 in profitability under Hoss’s direct supervision in 2014. Also, in 2016 Hoss transformed a $45 Million project ranking the least efficient and worst profitable location to the MOST profitable of the company’s all-time in just 4 months.
