I have never had such a wonderful experience with a rental before! It's been a long time since I've rented but due to business in Florida, I needed an apartment. The wonderful ladies at Arcadia 331 made sure that my experience was smooth even though I was out of state! We could have been able to handle everything long distance but since my son lives nearby, some things he took care of. He toured the facility and was very pleased and thought it would be perfect for us. Then the ladies took it from there!!
Arcadia 331 has been a dream to live in. They offer you two free months of rent, your first and third month. And if you are military, they give you $1000 off your second month. Nicky and Alanna And everyone that works in the front office, and the maintenance team have been the best people to work with. If you were looking for an apartment that is amazingly priced, with every amenity you can think of including the library, which is my favorite! This is the place for you. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place for the last five months that I have lived here.
Arcadia has been a great place to live! The entire team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Victoria, who has been especially kind and helpful since day one. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and has great amenities. I would definitely recommend Arcadia!
