This apartment is most definitely far from great. There is no reason why ROACHES should ever be a problem. Baby roaches, adult roaches, dirty roaches and even the clean ones. And when it was told to the leasing office, this was not taken care of properly and with a sense of urgency. Please don’t come here unless you want live with the roach family.
Was here to visit a friend on her birthday, unfortunately my friend has to actually endure roaches in her panties, and there are roaches EVERYWHERE, don’t lease, don’t even drive by this place geez…. An Infestation
Unfortunately, our experience living here has been extremely frustrating. We moved in May and have had multiple maintenance issues throughout our time here, including repeated problems with the AC, washer, and now a roach infestation. The roach issue has become especially concerning. We have found roaches coming from around the refrigerator and cracks in the flooring, roach shells in the trash, and now small roaches appearing on our kitchen countertops and appliances. This is no longer an isolated bug here and there—it has become an ongoing problem in our home.
